ase self-update

Update now instead of waiting for the hourly automatic check.

Requires: nothing from ASE Brain; it runs signed out. Write access to the folder ase is installed in.

Changes: Replaces the ase binary with the newest release once its signed checksum matches, and, signed in, caches the default engine packages.
